PORTFOLIO'S UNSOLICITED MATERIAL SUBMISSION POLICY

Please understand that we have many projects in development. There are a number of possible legal consequences of reading unsolicited material which may turn out to be similar to some project we are already developing or may develop. Accordingly, no one at Portfolio Films will read or consider unsolicited literary material, ideas or suggestions of any nature whatsoever. Please do not send such materials. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them to us or any of our employees, then regardless of what is stated in your covering letter , the following terms shall apply to your submissions:

TERMS OF MATERIAL SUBMISSION

By submitting any unsolicited submissions to Portfolio, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) Portfolio will be granted an irrevocable, perpetual non-exclusive license to utilize your submissions and their contents, without any compensation, obligations or rights due to you in any manner or form; (2) Portfolio may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way, including without limitation the right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, delete, destroy or return all or any part of the submissions for any purpose and in any manner.; (3) there is no obligation for Portfolio to review the submissions; and (4) Portfolio assumes no responsibility or obligation with respect to any submissions, including without limitation any responsibility for review, return or confidentiality.
